RESOLUTION NO. 122 99
RBSOLUTIOM AUTHORIZING TH6 ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF A DESKTOP COMPUTBR WITH
ACCBSSORIBS, FROM BANK OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, Bank of Hawaii Kaiko'o Branch, has donated a 7020 NCR desktop computer
(serial number 15-25311215) with 0235 monitor (serial number 17-24347501AK) and keyboard
valued at one hundred dollars (=100); and
WHERBAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides
that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations or personal
property;
NOW, THBRBFOR6 B6 IT RESOLVED BY THS COUNCIL OF TH6 COUNTY OF HAWAII that in
accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter, the Hawaii
Police Department is authorized to accept the donation of a desktop computer with
accessories from the Bank of Hawaii Kaiko'o Branch.
66 IT FURTHER RBSOLVED that a letter of appreciation be sent to Arthur
Taniguchi, Manager and Vice President, Bank of Hawaii-Kaiko'o Branch at 120 Pauahi
Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, acknowledging this generous donation.
