Kenoi, dated <br /> June 23, 2009, presents a Request for Change of District Classification by Don Hoota and Eric <br /> Hoota, at Waiakea Houselots, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, covered by TMK: 2-2-35:017. <br /> <br /> Bill No. 105 seeks to change the zoning from Single-Family Residential - 10,000 square feet <br /> (RS-10) to Industrial-Commercial Mixed - 20,000 (MCX-20) for the parcel which is <br /> approximately 22,900 square feet in size. <br /> <br /> There was no public testimony on the matter.
