RE: Alenaio Flood Control System
Due to the recent flooding of the Hilo Bayfront azea, I believe it would be useful to
conduct an informational briefing to discuss the design aspects of the Alenaio Flood
Control System, as well as to see what measures are being taken by the administration in
anticipation of future incidents of flooding, ie. traffic rerouting.
