Re: Bill 132, Draft 2, Relating to Council Approval for Certain County Ladd
Transactions
Please find attached Bill 132, Draft 2. Bill 132 was amended by the contents of Communication
No. 488.1 and an additional verbal amendment to change the word "seal" to "sealed" as appearing
in the title of section 2-113. The amendments were duly approved by the Finance Committee of
the Council during its meeting on September 1, 2009.
The amendments in Communication No. 488.1 changed each instance of the word "perspective" to
"prospective."
