Resolution
DESIGNATING THE COUNCIL CHAIRMAN AND THE VICE-CHAIRMAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
Councilman Stephen K. Yamashiro be and he is hereby declared the
duly elected chairman and presiding officer of the Council of
the County of Hawaii effective December 1, 1980; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Councilman Spencer K. Schutte
be and he is hereby declared the duly elected vice-chairman of
the Council of the County of Hawaii.
