AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CIIAPTF..R 24 OF T11E HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983
(2005 EDITION. AS AMENDED). R.EI...ATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24. article 10. division 2, section 24 -265, schedule 13 (Yield
locations). paragraph (c). South i lilo, of the I lawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as
amended), is amended by adding the following, to he appropriately numbered and to read as
follows.
(_) Akolca Road, southbound approach to bridge adjacent to
parcels identified by fax Map Kev Numbers (3) 2-5-006:130,
2-5-047:002, 2-5-056:041. and 2- 5- 056:043."
SECTION 2 Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is
underscored in printing this ordinance, the brackets. bracketed material and stricken
material and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. if any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to and
person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
❑pplications of the ordinance Nvhich can he given cttcet without the invalid provision or
application. and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to he s.:vera(:Ie
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
