COUNCiL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08 -64, as amended by Ordinance No. 09 -13, is further <br /> amended by amending SECTION 3 to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 3. This ordinance shall sunset [nix month51 one year after the <br /> opening of the Halekil Street Extension for public use. Upon termination of the <br /> one -way restriction. the 1- ialeki'i Street Extension extending four thousand feet <br /> eastbound from the Mamalahoa Bypass Highway will be closed to public traffic <br /> and will he available for emergency use only <br /> SECTION 2. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid. such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can he given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to he severable. <br /> SECTION 3.
