NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt the
street names of unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35,
Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of November 16,
1999, approved the name for the certain unnamed roadway within the Kiolaka`a-Kea`a
Homesteads Subdivision, Ka`u, Hawaii; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
said roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
"Kiolaka`a Road" named after the subdivision and land division.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 20th day of January , 2000.
