IN
WHEREAS, the newly formed Hawaii Division of the professional
Secretaries International has selected Mrs. Elaine Fukui as its
first President; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. rukui's 'selection cords as no surprise as she
has served as past president of the Big Island Chapter of the
professional Secretaries Internat:.onal; and.
wHEREAS, Mrs. Fukui's outstanding leadership qualities
contributes toward the smooth flow of work processed through the
Department of Research and Development of the County of Hawaii,
where she is employed as a senior clerk -stenographer.
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that it ..commends Mrs . , Elaine Fukui for bring selected
as the first President of the Hawaii Division of the Professional
Secretaries. International and that she continue her outstanding
leadership ingguiding.the organization to a successful first year
•
of operations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii
transmit a true copy of this resolution to Mrs. Elaine Fukui.
