Resolution
NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII_
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized
to adopt a street name for unnamed roadway in the County of Hawaii
pursuant to Section 4.03, Article 2, Chapter 9, Hawaii County Code;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of
June 9, 1981, approved the following name for certain unnamed
roadway in Waimea Homesteads, Waimea, South Kohala, Hawaii;
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
said roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be
named as follows:
Waimea Homestead's,' Walmea,' South Kohala, Hawaii
Pomaika'i Place - Good fortune, blessedness,
prosperity, lucky
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 1st day of _ July , 1981.
