ROY.
WHRRBAS, John W. Roy of 379 Cheyenne Drive, Westerville Ohio 43081,
has donated One Thousand Dollars (21,000.00), to the Hawaii Police
Department Hipal Program; and
WH6RRAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter
provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or
donations or personal property;
NOW, THRRHFOR6 B6 IT R6SOLVBD BY THR COUNCIL OF TH6 COUNTY OF HAWAII
that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County
Charter, the Hawaii Police Department is authorized to accept the donation
of One Thousand Dollars (51,000.00), from John W. Roy of Westerville, Ohio.
