View, HI Complaint Caller wished to complain about the helicopters saying it was irritating and non -stop. Pohoiki Complaint Caller stated that the helicopters were Flying over the tree line scanng her cows She stated that it is agricultural land and they have no business being there. She further stated that some of her neighbors may have Medicinal MJ and she does not support that but doesn't like the choppers either. "It is a waste of tax money ".
