Res. 235-09: Authorizes the Mayor to Enter Into an Agreement for Services with the United
States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service
("NRCS"), for Federal Funding for the Design of the Kaumana Drive Flood
Protection Phase of the Wailuku-Alenaio Watershed. {The Federal government will
provide funds ($191,000) for a professional service contract to design the Kaumana
Drive Flood Protection Phase of the Wailuku-Alenaio Watershed. This agreement
will commit the County to execute and manage a professional service contract for
