SUBJECT: Resolution No. 205-09, District 4 CIP Recommendation
On September 15,2009, the Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee amended
Resolution No. 205-09 with Communication Nos. 420.1, 420.2, 420.3, 420.4, 420.5, 420.6, and
420.7.
I would like to withdraw Communication 420.7, and submit this communication in its place.
Pursuant to discussion at the Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations meeting
that was held on July 7, 2009, this communication states that the capital improvements project for
Federal funding in District 4 is as follows:
1. Hilo Bayfront Trails
I respectfully request that this communication be placed on the agenda for the Committee on Public
Works and Intergovernmental Relations on October 6, 2009.
