Pursuant to Sections 92-4 and 92-5, Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as
amended, the Office of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests the above
case be placed on the agenda of the October 7,2009 meeting of the Hawai'i
County Council for discussion in executive session.
This request is made in anticipation of the Corporation Counsel discussing
with the Council questions and issues pertaining to the Council and County of
Hawai'i's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities.
