Please find attached factual information about the projects proposed in the above-listed communications. This information was compiled from the respective CIP budgets relating to those projects. The Legislative Research Branch believes that the additional information may be helpful to those receiving copies of Resolution No. 206-09, should it pass. PMAR will reduce the number of miles driven by commuters, provide an alternate and shorter evacuation route for Puna Makai, and help to reduce traffic congestion in the area. Page 1 of 1
