There is growing cynicism and frustration felt by the citizens our Nation,the United States
of America, because we are kept in the dark regarding information which has been and
remains absolutely vital to our understanding of history, our understanding of current
events, and our ability to make informed choices for ourselves, our families and our
communities.
Most of the 300 million People living in these here United States, and the occupied
Kingdom of Hawaii, which we commonly call the State of Hawaii, will not hear about or
even care about today's question regarding Hawaii Countys Transparency Bill 132.
But for us folks here on Big Island, it is a very important issue indeed.
These Hamakua lands are for the People, and we are making our voices heard.
Yes, we must also meaningfully address the legitimate question of title as brought forward
by certain Native Hawaiian families. As elected leaders of our community, we need you
and expect you to foster a public environment for TRUTH and that which is PONO.

We cannot have a good future for Hawaii, if we do not first seek the truth... wherever it may
lead. Until, and beyond the day, that the sovereign Kingdom of Hawaii is restored, and the
prayers of our beloved Liliuokalani are answered, we must do our best to live in this
representative democracy called America, with Aloha.
The question of Truth and Transparency in Bill 132, is by all reasonable and fair
accounts ...a no brainer. Do the right thing, Pass 132, and let us continue to work together
for beautiful Hawaii Nei.
