On September 15,2009, the Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental
Relations amended Resolution No. 205-09 via Communication Nos. 420.1, 420.2, 420.3,
420.4,420.5,420.6, and 420.7.
Please find attached factual information about the projects proposed in the above-listed
communications. This information was compiled from the respective CIP budgets
relating to those projects. The Legislative Research Branch believes that the additional
information may be helpful to those receiving copies of Resolution No. 205-09, should it
pass. The information has been formatted for inclusion in the proposed "Exhibit A" to
Resolution No. 205-09.

collector road from the intersection of
Palani Rd. and Henry Street to Hina Lani
Street.
County- Wide Radio Tower Installation:
The County faces a Federal mandate to
upgrade our radio towers. Our current
system is antiquated and obsolete.

Improvement:
Ainaloa Waterline Installation: 3-1-6: 97 & 99
To install a waterline from State Highway
130 along Aina10a Boulevard to Wood Rose
Drive in the Ainaloa Subdivision in order to
provide water to residents and to the
proposed Ainaloa Volunteer Fire Company.
Fire hydrants will also be installed every 600
feet.
