Subject: to Amend Chapter 25 Article 2 Expands concurrency
Aloha for the last time, Honorable Members of our County Council,
A change in zoning that requests a higher density creates new challenges for our public servants
who protect us. As we have just witnessed in California, it could also mean it threatens their lives
and safety. The quality of life of the residents in the area should not be diminished either by
making access to parks and recreational facilities as easy as it was prior to the approval to add
density to the population base. Mr. Hoffman is aforward-thinking public servant and I urge you to
approve this recommendation. It is reasonable and I affirm it is approved by you.
