Comm. 546: A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
(Res. 246-09) AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) (transfers $1,063,950 from the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney’s State Incentive Grant account, and credits same to the Office of
Management’s Strategic Prevention Framework - State Incentive Grant account. This
award from the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division of the State Department of Health is
being transferred so that the Mayor’s Office can assume control and responsibility for
planning and implementation of underage drinking prevention activities in Hawai‘i
County)

County Council will be conducting this Committee meeting via videoconference. Councilmembers will be

Public Attendance Via Videoconferencing is available at the locations above and at the Waimea Council
Office at the Holomua Center, 64-1067 Mamalahoa Highway, Suite 5 until 4:30 p.m., or later in the event
public witness testimony has not been completed. If audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more
than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
