Please have the attached resolutions referred to the first session
meeting of the 1996-1998 Council term. These reflect the
designation of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson; the adoption of
the new Rules of Procedure of the Council; the appointment of the
County Clerk; and the appointment of members to the Committees on
Finance, Planning, Public Works & Parks, and Human Services and
Economic Development; also designates the Chairman and Vice Chairman
to each respective committee.
