SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to "Exhibit A" of Resolution No. 205-09, Draft 3
The purpose of Resolution No. 205-09, Draft 3, is to combine proposed capital improvement
projects from each Council Member and create a priority list to submit to Congress.
I would like to amend "Exhibit A" to amend both the description and the cost for the Ainaloa
Waterline Installation project.
The proposed amendment is illustrated via Ramseyer format as follows:

and to the proposed Ainaloa Volunteer
Fire Company. Fire hydrants will also
be installed every 600 feet. The
Ainaloa Subdivision borders the Puna
Forest Reserve where thousands of acres
of forest burned to the property lines of
the subdivision in a range fire during a
drought in 1984.)
