RE: A Bill for an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 14, Article 12, Section 14-71 and Section
14-72; Relating to the Official Bulletin Board
When the County building at 25 Aupuni Street was vacated for renovations, the Hawaii County
Code was amended to move the location of the official bulletin board.
Ordinance No. 06-140 moved the location of the official bulletin board from the County building at
25 Aupuni Street to the Aupuni Center at 101 Pauahi Street.
The attached bill provides that the original location of the official bulletin board is reinstated, and
includes an effective date of December 1, 2009.
Please refer this bill to the appropriate committee agenda for those meetings scheduled for
October 20, 2009.
