SUBJECT: Request for Time During October 20, 2009, Committee Agenda for Discussion
Regarding the Lowest Law Enforcement of Cannabis Ordinance
I am requesting time at the appropriate committee to convene on October 20, 2009, to discuss
Ordinance No. 08-181, the Lowest Law Enforcement of Cannabis Ordinance.
The scope of the discussion shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, public grievance
procedures and funding for marijuana eradication missions.
One hour should be sufficient to discuss this matter with the appropriate representative(s) from the
Police Department, and potentially any other personnel of related agencies, offices, or departments of
the County that are available and can provide beneficial assistance.
