Pursuant to Sections 92-4 and 92-5, Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as
amended, the Office of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests the above
cases be placed on the next available meeting agenda of the Hawai'i County
Council for discussion in executive session.
This request is made in anticipation of the Corporation Counsel discussing
with the Council questions and issues pertaining to the Council and County of
Hawai'i's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities, including but not
limited to the hiring of special counsel.
