AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 09-65, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,2009 TO JUNE 30, 2010 (adds the Public Works, Kaiimana
Drive Flood Protection project for $191,000 to the Capital Budget; this project will
develop flood protection structures along the Wailuku-Alenaio Watershed)

(Bill 159) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-64, AS AMENDED, THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 (appropriates revenues of $312,716 in the Federal Grants - Job
Access and Reverse Commute account; and appropriates same to the Mass Transit
Agency, Job Access and Reverse Commute account. These funds will be used to provide
increased transportation service for working commuters and those seeking employment)

Comm. 565: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
(Res. 251-09) AN INTER-GOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY OF
HONOLULU, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR REAL PROPERTY TAX SUPPORT
SERVICES; AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER
FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR (a cost-sharing agreement
to provide support services such as development and maintenance of an appraisal and
building classification manual; training and technical support for valuation methodology;
and technical support for standards, procedures and reports, including any non-appraisal
manuals, relating to system-wide quality controls)

Geothermal Other Current Expenses account; and credits same to the following

Pahoa Pool}
