As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. He stated he has been bombarded daily for the last three months by helicopters at tree top level. He does have medical marijuana but it has not been touched. Highly aggitated male voice only identifying himself as James reports that he is speaking on behalf of thousands of residents and accuses police of "stealing" from people who are trying to make a living. Further reported that the helicopter had been there for over a half hour and inquired of an orange colored tether hanging from the aircraft. Comments: Caller understood what our purpose was, but wanted to note the disturbance created by the overflight.
