Subject: Support Bill 137's amendments, otherwise oppose it, please
Aloha Chair Yoshimoto and Council Members!
I urge you to fully support Council member Ford's amendments to Bill 137. It's time to
make laws which developers have to follow not be able to get around, like Bill 137,
unamended, does.
And I thank Ms. Ford for her dedication to making Hawaii County truly work for all of us
developers, who need complete guidelines, and plain old citizens, who also need to know
there are complete guidelines so there are no/few loopholes.
Please, support Bill 137, as amended.
