Subject: Postponement request
Good Morning Councilman Mr. J. Yoshimoto,
We request that Bill 54, Draft 4 be postponed until after the holidays for the last
Council meeting of January 2010.
This will give us more time to get through the permitting process with County so we can
attempt to resolve the driveway and sight distance conditions with the DPW.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
We would also like to be called up for discussion at the October 21st meeting.
