Re: Amendment to Bill 147, which amends Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-281,
schedule 29 (Parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone.)
of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended).
Attached please find a proposed amendment to Bill 147, which prohibits parking during certain hours on
the Pi`ihonua Bridge. There is a typographical error in the bill, "southern terminus" was inserted twice.
The correct wording is as follows (the proposed amendment is illustrated below via Ramseyer format with
respect to the contents of Bill 147, rather than the Hawaii County Code, and bolded for illustrative
purposes only):
) Pi`ihonua Road, both sides, beginning at the [southern] northern
terminus of Bridge 25-2 to the southern terminus of Bridge 25-1,
between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.."
Attached please find corrected Bill 147.
