Attached please find a proposed amendment to Condition "I", regarding the drainage study. The
Planning Department has requested that the new standard language replace the existing language
found in Condition "I". The new standard language is as follows:
"I A drainage study shall be prepared by a licensed civil engineer and be submitted to
the Department of Public Works for approval prior to issuance of Final Plan
Approval. If required, [+he] the recommended drainage improvements shall be
constructed, meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works prior to
receipt of [Final Plan ,^~pproval] a Certificate of Occupancy."
Please note that this amendment will not cause any renumbering and should not result in
repagination of the original bill, therefore, to avoid waste, I am only attaching a clean copy of the
amendment, rather than the bill in its entirety.
