(Draft 3) THE COUNTY OF HAWAII {recommends the Council submit one priority list rather than
nine separate lists to Congressional delegates; Draft 2 incorporates the following projects:
1) Laupahoehoe Point Access Road Improvement; 2) Mid-Level Road (Ane Keohokalole
Highway); 3) `Ainaloa Waterline Installation; 4) La`aloa Street Extension (Kailua-Kona);
5) South Kona Police Station (Captain Cook); 6) Kahuku Park Community/Senior Center

(Res. 238-09) THE COMPREHENSIVE PUBLIC FUNDING PROGRAM FOR THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII COUNCIL ELECTIONS (requests that the Legislature, immediately upon
convening, address objectives towards project assessment, and that the limit for execution
of the project be raised from $300,000 to $500,000)
