<br />COUNTY OF HAW AI'I <br /> <br /> <br />ST ATE OF HAW AI'I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />260 09 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROAD LOTS "A" (KUMAKUA STREET), <br />"B" AND "D" (POMAIKA'I STREET), AND "c" (PUPUKAHI STREET), OF KUMAKUA <br />AFFORDABLE HOUSING SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1, BEING TAX MAP KEY: (3) 5-5-019:026, <br />SITUATE AT pAHGA, DISTRICT OF NORTH KOHALA, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAI'I, <br />FROM HAW AI'I ISLAND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW AI'I. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hawai'i Island Community Development Corporation is the owner of: <br /> <br />Road Lot "A" <br />Road Lot "B" <br />Road Lot "c" <br />Road Lot "D" <br /> <br />Kiimakua Street <br />Pomaika'i Street <br />Piipiikahi Place <br />Pomaika'i Street <br /> <br />0.13 mile <br />0.04 mile <br />0.03 mile <br />0.03 mile <br /> <br />identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 5-5-019:026, situate at Pahoa, in the District of North Kohala, County <br /> <br />and State ofHawai'i, as delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hawai'i Island Community Development Corporation has constructed all <br /> <br />subdivision improvements and received final subdivision approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hawai'i Island Community Development Corporation is desirous of dedicating <br /> <br />the above roadway lots, including all subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of Hawai' i for <br /> <br />road and drainage purposes, and the improvements have been inspected and approved by the County of <br /> <br />Hawai'i Department of Public Works, and received dedication approval from the Department of Water <br /> <br />Supply, Planning Department and Department of Environmental Management; and <br />
