SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Resolution 205-09, Draft 4
The purpose of Resolution No. 205-09, Draft 4, is to combine proposed capital improvement projects
from each Council Member and create a priority list to submit to Congress.
I would like to withdraw the Laupahoehoe Road Access project. Please amend Resolution No. 205-09,
Draft 4, with the following capital improvement project:
"Kalopa Sand Gulch Bypass Road Project"
I would also like to add the above project to "Exhibit A" as follows:
