A RESOLUTION URGING THE PROTECTION OF HAW AI'I COUNTY'S HOME-
RULE AUTHORITY IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL POLICY
(requests that all efforts be taken to maintain the County's home-rule authority in all
matters regarding agricultural policy, especially those relating to genetically modified
organisms)

Comm. 595: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 4, SUBSECTION 18-90(h),
(Bill 168) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED),
RELATING TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (extends the island-wide Hele-On bus
route kokua zone to December 31, 2010)
