Puna Makai Alternate Route - 15 2. Laupahoehoe Pt Access Road Improvement - 28 3. Na'alehu Fire Station - 30 4. South Kona Police Station - 30 5. Kapi'olani Street Extension - 42 6. Kawailani Street Improvements - 42 7. Waimea District Park - 48 8. Kama'ili Road Paving - 53 Pursuant to Communication No. 419.21, in the case of any tie, those projects will be voted on by the council to determine which project shall be ranked higher. Five affirmative votes determine higher-ranked project. Items 3 and 4, and Items 5 and 6 require a vote by the council to determine the higher-ranked project. After those projects receiving tie votes have been reconciled by vote of the council, a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 206-09, Draft 4, will be referred to the council.
