(Res. 258-09) facilitate meetings with Kailua Village groups and other interested stakeholders to seek a
reconstructive course and restore the essence and stature of the village)

AMENDED), RELATING TO NOTIFICATION OF SURROUNDING PROPERTY
OWNERS AND LESSEES OF RECORD FOR CHANGE OF ZONE APPLICATIONS
(increases the required distance for notice to property owners and lessees of record
surrounding a pending zoning change application from 500 to 1,000 feet)
