Comm. 593: A RESOLUTION URGING THE PROTECTION OF HAWAI‘I COUNTY’S HOME- (Res. 265-09) RULE AUTHORITY IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL POLICY (requests that all efforts be taken to maintain the County’s home-rule authority in all matters regarding agricultural policy, especially those relating to genetically modified organisms) From Councilmember Pete Hoffmann, dated October 19, 2009, transmitting the above resolution.
