SUBJECT: Bill 161, Draft 2, Relating to the Bond Authorization Ordinance
Attached please find Bill 161, Draft 2, as amended by the contents of Communication No. 571.1
and duly approved on November 3, 2009 by the Finance Committee.
The amendment to the Bill, as represented in Exhibit A, Draft 4, includes the restoration of
$1 million for funding of the Lako Street project. To offset this, funding for Parks and Recreation
Repairs/Improvements to Facilities has been decreased by $1 million. All other projects and
amounts remain the same.
