AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.09-64, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 09-64, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing venues in
the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

Kaloko Housing Project
Total $ 475,000.00
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
