Attached please find Bill 125, Draft 2. Bill 125 was amended by the contents of Communication
No. 475.2, as duly approved on November 3, 2009, by the Planning Committee.
Please refer Bill 125, Draft 2, to the Planning Director and the Windward and Leeward Planning
Commissions for review and recommendation pursuant to subsection 25-2-43(b), Hawaii County
Code.
After review and recommendation of the Planning Director and the Planning Commissions, please
place Bill 125, Draft 2 on the next available Council Agenda for first reading.
