The project's objectives are to establish a statewide traffic data system and to ensure compliance with national standards. In the current fiscal year's budget, $75,000 was appropriated in anticipation of this grant. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the additional funds into the HCPD Data Grant account and bringing the total grant appropriation to $78,000.
