Comm. 612: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-64, AS AMENDED, THE (Bill 171) OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 (increases revenues of $3,000 in the Federal Grants - Hawai‘i County Police Department, Data Grant Account; and appropriates same to the Hawai‘i County Police Department, Data Grant Account. Comm. 614: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO (Res. 273-09) AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAI‘I DEPARTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR THE COURT HOUSE BOOKING PROJECT; and (Bill 173) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 09-64, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 (appropriates revenues of $99,000 in the Federal Grants - Court House Booking Project Account; and appropriates same to the Prosecuting Attorney's Court House Booking Account. Comm. 617: MONETARY DONATION OF $50 TO THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY OFFICE OF AGING (donated by Herbert T. and Mary Y.
