Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 254-09, reports as follows:
Resolution 254-09, transmitted by Council Member Kelly Greenwell, via Communication
No. 573, dated October 8, 2009, instructs the Council to pursue and secure American
Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) monies to revitalize the economy.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accordance with the purpose and intent of Resolution 254-09,
and recommends its adoption.
