Kenoi, dated <br />September 28,2009, is a Planning Director initiated amendment to LUPAG Map 11 of the <br />County of Hawai'i General Plan, Ordinance No. 05-25, as amended. The amendment changes <br />the land use designation from "Urban Expansion" to "Open" for the area affecting State-owned <br />lands in the vicinity and south ofthe Honokohau Harbor, Kealakehe, North Kona, Hawai'i. The <br />amendment received a favorable recommendation from the Leeward Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Two members of the public testified before your Committee.
