Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Communication 567 and Resolution 253-09, reports as follows:
Resolution 253-09, transmitted via communication 567, from Deputy Corporation Counsel
Gerald Takase, dated October 2, 2009, accepts the donation of lot 4-B and easement "A" situate
at Honok5hau 2nd, District of North Kona, County and State of Hawai'i, identified as Tax Map
Key: (3)7-4-006:037 (portion) from Church of Christ, Kona, Hawai'i, Incorporated, to provide
for a left turn lane and drainage easement added by the County as a part of Palani Road
improvements.
There was no public testimony and no discussion by your Committee.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Resolution 253-09 aild recommends its adoption.
