BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-71 for the County of Hawaii, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: The district classification of the following azea situated at Keonepoko, Puna, Hawaii, shall be Urban: Beginning at a pipe set in concrete at the Southerly corner of this parcel of land, also being the Westerly corner of Lot 8-B of Keonepoko Homestead, the coordinates of this point of beginning referred to Government Triangulation Station "PAHOA" being 368.62 feet North and 538.35 feet East, thence mm~ing by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: 1. 158° 34' 00" 199.29 feet along the Easterly right-of--way of Pahoa Road to a pipe set in concrete; Thence along Pahoa Road and Kahakai Boulevazd on a curve to the right with a radius of 20 feet, the direct chord azimuth and distance being; 2. 204° 34' 00" 28.77 feet to a pipe set in concrete; 3. 250° 34' 00" 280.73 feet along the Southerly right-of--way of Kahakai Boulevazd to a spike set; 4. 340° 34' 00" 219.87 feet along Lot 8-C-2-A of Keonepoko Homestead to a pipe set in concrete; 5. 70° 34' 00" 293.76 feet along Lot 8-B of Keonepoko Homestead to the point of beginning and containing an azea of 1.500 Acres, more or less. All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof. SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declazed invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
