Chapter 22, Hawaii County Code 1983, is amended by adding a new article <br /> to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> "Article Soliciting for Money or Objects of Value. <br /> Division 1. General Provisions <br /> Section 22- .Definitions. <br /> (a) As used in this article, unless otherwise specified: <br /> (1) "Aggressive manner" means: <br /> (A) Approaching or speaking to a person, or following a person before, during <br /> or after soliciting if that conduct is intended or is likely to cause a <br /> reasonable person to fear bodily harm to oneself or to another, or damage to <br /> or loss of property or otherwise be intimidated into giving money or other <br /> thing of value; <br /> (B) Continuing to solicit from a person after the person has given a negative <br /> response to such soliciting; <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
