We the people are one nation under God. We the people are the eyes of Justice for our na-
tion. We the people, along with our Government, which we support with our tax dollars,
are equal under Liberty, the law of our Nation and our constitutional rights, therefore I
demand that justice be served on behalf of every U.S. citizen, and that the D.E.A. crimi-
nals who flew 10 feet over my roof and terrorized my neighborhood on 10-2-09 endan-
germg private properties by flying recklessly and dangerously. It was a uncalled for act of
terrorism on the area. This criminal and immature act should be treated as a citizen would
be treated if they were to carelessly speed down a highway, as these people flew about
endangering private property, harassing innocent citizens like ourselves, and the privacy
that is supposedly entitled to the people.
May remind you that you have no jurisdiction on private land and it is our shared earn-
ings Y I Y
ings that keep you and your organization in service for our service.

Dear County council, I would like to inform you of the injustice of the acts of the DEA
flight above my home on 10/2/09 (October second, 2009) where a DEA helicopter flew
dangerously close to my home as I saw from a small structure some ten yards away, as I
was visiting our rabbit cages to feed them. As the copter flew above my house, a small
living structure in a greenhouse, I saw as the tarp of the greenhouse rippled and waved
with the air and pressure generated from the close helicopter, flying right over it, less than
some 17 feet above. I was scared for my home and the well-being of the animals in the
area. I hope to never see such an incident happen in the future. This was a unlawful and
immature act of wasting precious tax dollars.
