Planning Department's Geothermal Relocation and Community Benefit Fund, Other
Current Expenses Account and credits same to the Finance Department's Geothermal,
Other Current Expenses Account to pay seven month's rent for the Pahoa Council office)

(Bill 172) OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 (increases revenues of $3,340 in the Federal Grants - Hawai‘i
County Police Department Roadblock Program Account; and appropriates same to the
Hawai‘i County Police Department, Roadblock Program Account. These funds will be
used to conduct impaired driving roadblocks)

ATTORNEY GENERAL, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR THE COURT HOUSE
BOOKING PROJECT; and

ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 (appropriates revenues of $99,000 in the Federal Grants - Court
House Booking Project Account; and appropriates same to the Prosecuting Attorney's
Court House Booking Account. These funds will be used to provide post-conviction,
same-day penal summons booking at the Hilo and Kona court houses)
